Nashville Home Listing

Revolution Real Estate has successfully revolutionized the agent/client relationship. From offering the 0% Listing Program to save sellers money, to embracing the clients abilities to use the internet to their advantage, it’s all about the client. Imagine for once having a Nashville real estate agent who took the time to actually understand your wants and needs, and how to effectively and successfully get you the home you’ve always wanted? That is the heart of what sets the Nashville based team at Revolution above the competition… it is about the client. Past and present clients are buzzing about their experience with Revolution. As a result, Revolution Real Estate is growing and finding success in Nashville, for their clients, home buyers, home sellers, and for the business.

Revolution Real Estate’s success is not based on a gimmick, but rather built on fundamental changes to an age old industry. Plainly speaking, when you sell your home with Revolution Real Estate the traditional listing fee is waived down to 0% when you are repurchasing another home locally. Yes, REALLY!! That means the most you pay to have a professional Realtor sell your home is 3%, NOT 6%. We are not a flat fee MLS listing company or a limited listing service where you do all the work. We are a full service Nashville area real estate company who simply gets you and has devised a way to save you money. Plain and simple. Check out our FAQs for more details or contact a Revolution Realtor directly.

Serving Green Hills, 12 South District, Belmont, Lipscomb, East Nashville, Downtown Condos, Germantown, Brentwood, Crieve Hall, Franklin, Mt. Juliet, and more.

Should I Rent My Home?

The demand for rental homes has dramatically increased over the past few years. As a result, Revolution Real Estate has responded by gearing up to help you through the process of renting your home. We handle everything from advertising your home for rent, showing prospective tenants, screening applicants through credit and background checks, executing the lease agreement, and collecting security deposits. Since we are not a property management company, our one-time fee is only a fraction of what you would pay monthly to a property management company over the life of your rental home. Most of our clients tell us that they are more than equipped to handle the management of their own home in exchange for the savings that it allows. Although for those who want a property manager to oversee their rental home there are many great options in the Nashville area. And don’t forget to ask us about how our 0% Listing Program would apply when you are leasing your current home and repurchasing another home locally. Or if your plans do not include repurchasing a new home, our one-time fee is typically equal to one month’s rent.

For the fee Broker agrees to the following:

• List on MLS with marketable photos.
• Advertise on today’s most popular real estate websites.
• Place sign & lockbox on property (if able to per HOA, condo, etc).
• Professional appointment service to coordinate all scheduled showings.
• Handle all inquires, tenant screening, credit & background checks, and lease agreement.
• Collect security deposit and first month’s rent.
