FAQ’S Selling Buying Leasing

  • Rental activity has dramatically increased over the past few years. As a result, Revolution has trained it’s agents to respond to your needs whether you are wanting to lease the home you currently live in and/or find a new one. Ask us about how our 0% Listing Program would apply when you are leasing your current home and repurchasing another home locally. Or if your plans do not include repurchasing a new home, consult a Revolution agent for current pricing on listing your home for lease (Fee is typically equal to one month’s rent).

  • If your plans are to repurchase, you will be advised on the details of leasing your current home while still having the ability to acquire a new home.

  • A Revolution “For Lease” yard sign, key lockbox, lease application and lease agreement will be provided.

  • Your home will be listed with marketable photos into the MLS and today’s most visited real estate websites.

  • We will pre‐screen lease candidates and provide our professional recommendations based on the results.

  • We can advise you on proper lease terms, rental amounts, pet deposits and security deposits.

  • You have the freedom to choose whether to self-manage your property once your new tenant takes possession or be referred to a reputable property management company, as we currently do not offer monthly management.
