Ryan was born and raised just outside Atlanta, GA in what used to be a small town called Duluth. She graduated with a B.A. in Communication in 1994 from Arizona State University where she met her husband, Revolution co-founder, Tyler Rygmyr. In 1995, they moved to his hometown of Seattle, Washington where she first became a licensed real estate agent in 1997. Ryan has since worked as an on-site agent selling new construction homes, luxury high-rise condominiums, & re-sale in WA, FL & TN.  Ryan & Tyler now have twin girls, River & Skye, who keep them both very busy. However, Ryan enjoys the outdoors, working out and writing songs when her schedule allows.As your agent, you can expect Ryan to treat your home purchase & sale as if it were her own. Her sincere passion for real estate has helped her maintain lasting relationships with her clients. She prides herself in her outstanding number of referrals and repeat business.
