Should I Rent My Home?

The demand for rental homes has dramatically increased over the past few years. As a result, Revolution Real Estate has responded by gearing up to help you through the process of renting your home. We handle everything from advertising your home for rent, showing prospective tenants, screening applicants through credit and background checks, executing the lease agreement, and collecting security deposits. Since we are not a property management company, our one-time fee is only a fraction of what you would pay monthly to a property management company over the life of your rental home. Most of our clients tell us that they are more than equipped to handle the management of their own home in exchange for the savings that it allows. Although for those who want a property manager to oversee their rental home there are many great options in the Nashville area. And don’t forget to ask us about how our 0% Listing Program would apply when you are leasing your current home and repurchasing another home locally. Or if your plans do not include repurchasing a new home, our one-time fee is typically equal to one month’s rent.

For the fee Broker agrees to the following:

• List on MLS with marketable photos.
• Advertise on today’s most popular real estate websites.
• Place sign & lockbox on property (if able to per HOA, condo, etc).
• Professional appointment service to coordinate all scheduled showings.
• Handle all inquires, tenant screening, credit & background checks, and lease agreement.
• Collect security deposit and first month’s rent.
