Recently Sold Homes in Nashville, TN

Year-to-date closings through October 2010 in Greater Nashville are 17,424. The median residential price for a single-family home during October was $173,525, and for a condominium it was $152,950. This compares with last year’s median residential and condominium prices of $160,000 and $144,000, respectively. Overall, inventory is down only slightly and actually up in the single-family home
category. There are plenty of buying opportunities in all categories. For those considering the purchase of a home, conditions have likely never been better. To start the home buying (or selling) process, contact a Nashville Realtor today at Revolution Real Estate.

Stop Using Social Media Mom

Who say’s real estate blogs have to always be so serious? Take a few minutes out of your day to enjoy this painfully truthful parody on the abuses of social media. Although we do support social media at Revolution Real Estate (clearly indicated by our Facebook & Twitter links), I bet we can all relate to how out of control it can get. Enjoy the laugh.
